About the Plant Config tab

Configure each plant's treatment train here first. Your selections drive which rating sets appear on the Audit tab — a plant with no fluoridation won't be scored on fluoride dosing, so plants with different processes stay fairly comparable.

Add plants with + Plant, then tap a plant to configure it. Set the audit date per plant (audits of different plants may happen on different days). Use the chemical and process selectors to match the real plant; storage & dosing rating sets relabel to the chemicals you choose.

This framework is pre-configured for municipal drinking-water treatment plants, however it is fully customisable — edit rating sets, attributes, weights and guidance on the Framework tab to audit any kind of plant.

About the Framework tab

This is the master scoring framework: rating sets (process areas) each containing weighted attributes. Rating-set weight × within-set attribute weight gives each attribute's model weight, which drives the overall plant score.

Edit names, weights, and the auditor guidance (description, what to look for, the five score anchors, common failure modes) for any attribute. Add or remove rating sets and attributes to tailor the framework to your plant type. Click Recompute model weights after editing weights.

Pre-configured for municipal WTPs. Customise freely for other plant types — the scoring engine is generic.

Master audit framework. Edit names, weights, process tags and guidance.
About the Audit tab

Score each applicable attribute from 0 to 10 for the selected plant — higher is better, so an ideal plant scores 10 everywhere. Tap a plant to switch; the strip shows each plant's overall score (out of 1).

Tap the expander beside any attribute to see the scoring guidance: what it measures, what to look for, and the five score anchors. Use the pencil to add notes, and N/A where an attribute doesn't apply. Set the audit date on the Plant Config tab.

About the Compare tab

Side-by-side comparison of every plant across all rating sets and attributes. Higher scores are better; the overall is out of 1. Cells are colour-banded by severity so weak areas stand out.

The lowest-scoring items table highlights, per plant, the attributes dragging the overall score down most (lowest score × highest model weight) — your priority list. Export is on the Report & Save tab.

About the Report & Save tab

Report generates a formatted PDF or CSV of the plants and tabs you select. The PDF is laid out for clean printing — no browser header/footer, and key blocks are kept together across page breaks where possible.

Save downloads a single JSON file containing all your settings, plant configs, scores and framework edits. Load restores from a JSON file you previously saved. This is the only place to export, save or load — keep that JSON safe as your backup.
